Liked: Breakfast excellent quality and friendly staff, very helpfulNice corner room with plenty of space, but lot's of street noise
Disliked: Front desk check in was a disasterNo smiles, untrained personnel, made us wait while a manager told someone how to check us in.Funny, I prepaid, so why the delay.When I asked if the room had a walk in shower as requested, agent said "I don't know, we give you what you booked". Also, no coffee pack refills the second day. Are you that cheap ? Room made up nicely.

Liked: It was very nice clean and spacious a great location it’s definitely my stay every time I’m in charlotte I wouldn’t want to stay any where else
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was horrible I had some work to get done and my kid had a term paper to finish up and the Wi-Fi was very slow only was buffering and we made a few complaints but it was like an oh well type answer that was unsaid verbally but body language said it all so that’s that

Liked: Very satisfied with the hotel and view. Very disappointed in the room; the toilet was running constantly. The room had a musty smell.
Disliked: The smell of the room wasn't pleasant; it was musty, like wet floors. not that bad tho
