Liked: location the breakfast the staff
Disliked: the air conditioning was not working told them soon as I checked in and when my family arrived room was dusty. screws was falling out the vent in the shower the air vents were moldy.

Liked: The room was nice and clean when we got there.the breakfast buffet was nice and evening reception was nice.
Disliked: We had to keep asking for towels and toiletries and to tell them to pick up trash and towels.they never came back to clean while we were there .we miss our 4 drinks on friday.because we was out and did not make it back in on time..ask if they would give us our drinks on Saturday that we miss she said no.i disagree that .we should have got drinks that night. Because it was included in the price deal..

Liked: the room was clean
Disliked: the night desk lady. I extended my room another day upon me traveling home I lost my phone and had to use someone else phone to call in and close the room and get a total due the fact I didn?t get a receipt this morning when I extended. the lady was very rude on the phone and kept calling me a ma?am. even after I explain I lost my phone and using someone else. ask her to send the receipt at least to the email on file with the reservation I provided her with all the information and still nothing. so if my account goes over because I?m not able to confirm a amount. I can provide my card number and everything. this is a shame because I use Embassy often and this customer service is bad. she was not helpful at all and still have not sent the email as she speaks to someone in the back ground mr. Henry. I will not return to this location 6/12/2022 11:47 pm I didn?t catch her name because before she even spoke she didn?t answer and she came on she kept placing me on hold.
