Disliked: Air conditioning in room was stuck on freezing cold. Maintenance couldn’t fix it. Front desk gave us a different room (next to the original room). Same problem. Front desk gave up and offered to give us extra blankets or refund our money. We had to find other arrangements after messing around for a couple hours with that nonsense. Separately, the hotel is in need of updating. Very worn out, dark and dingy. Definitely not what I expect from Embassy Suites.

Wish we had stayed somewhere...

Liked: Beautiful building outside, location was okay.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was priced at $411, yet parking which it said on booking was an added feature was not complementary it was 40$ for valet or 35$ for the parking garage which was also a homeless persons bedroom. The room it self seemed dated and the wallpaper in the bathroom was bubbled. The bathroom looked as had it recently been updated with a nice counter top yet the grout in the tub was stained and not white. Looked like mold or mildew growing. Carpet and furniture very dated. For a room that is supposed to book for 900$ a night, what a disappointment! Although, we only paid $411 still such a disappointment this was our last stay on our vacation. In which we stayed mostly at Holiday Inn Express suites on this week long trip. We had much better accommodations at those locations, than at this one for a much lower price. Even in downtown Savannah!
