Bed bugs in room 322

Liked: It's location was right in the center.
Disliked: We had bed bugs in our room. Slept and woke up to multiple bites. I am allergic and was very uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the front desk and all they offered was a different room. We changed rooms in the middle of the night and checked out the next morning. For the amount of money we're were paying. This shouldn't have been an issue. No one checked on is or reached out to us. Beware were were in room 322 when we found d the bed bugs.

Disliked: if we didn't have to be out of the hotel by 6am due to the city turning water and power off to do maintenance and wish they would have done it on Tuesday instead of the day we had to check out

This was a nightmare after...

Disliked: I was bitten by a bug that looked like a bedbug. I captured the one I saw. I woke at 4:12 am and did not go back to sleep. The left-side of my face is swollen and eye closed. I had to get a shot and medication. It is 11:41 the next and my face is still swollen. I have medication for 6 more days. I can’t see my 5 year old granddaughter because I might scare her.
