Liked: Staff, location, awesome breakfast spread, having an indoor pool!
Disliked: Had a little mishap with Hilton honors but separate issue from hotel. Kids said pool was too small, are was very hot for me so mostly sat outside and let kids in.

It fit the bill for...
Liked: Convenient, suite style which works well for us. Common areas are very nice, airy and pleasant. Complimentary breakfast is excellent with great choices.
Disliked: The rooms could use an update and cleanliness was good but not great.

Very good
Liked: The property was very close to everything and public transit. The bar and lounge was nice with a complementary drinks during a happy hour. Even the children were welcomed with little mock-tails.

Nice Hotel in a good...
Liked: A lovely spacious room for a family of five with a clean & tidy gym and a nice pool. The hotel offers a free drinks event between 5pm and 7pm which was really nice.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little dissapppointing. It was too busy in the hotel to cope with the volume of people wanting to eat breakfast, which meant that there wasn't anywhere to sit, no cutlery available and the queues were very long for all of the breakfast items. The fresh omelettes were nice, if you were patient enough to wait, but the rest of the food was pretty average.

Overcrowded and understaffed
Liked: The room was spacious and well-equipped. The warm breakfast was very good, it had a lot of choices and personally made omelet. Coctale during reception time was a nice addition. The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Georgetown.
Disliked: The hotel was overcrowded and understaffed. You had to wait in every place you go: elevator, breakfast, reception. The breakfast area is small and inconvenient. There was always something missing during breakfast: plates, forks, cups, juices... Every morning you wake up to the smell of food because your room has a window inside. The swimming pool was not clean and extremely chlorinated.
