Good but for the amount...

Liked: It is a hilton
Disliked: The expectations from a hilton is much higher. Especially on cleanliness, specifically in the restaurant which i would give 1/10 The staff were helpful but only if asked, no proactive (ex no one to help in getting luggage in the hotel until requested, on checkout there was no one at 6:45 am)

Love it here

Liked: The staff was great! Mike G was very professional, and the female with the long black hair that takes care of the plants is always amazing.....breakfast was amazing, and so was social hour.

Liked: I love everything about this hotel The privacy of the room The bathroom has its own doors The room has its own doors Feels like home The breakfast is good I really recommend y’all to go there
Disliked: The phone needs to be fixed Because I couldn't call the hotel reception from the room phone.

Do not stay here.

Disliked: No AC in bedroom, woke up and ruined my sleep and stay. Helpdesk not helpful. Huge fees for room service that wasn't mentioned up front. Staff took over 1 hour to bring things to my room that I requested. Five story open atrium created so much noise we can hear it through our walls and inside our room. Unprofessional front desk staff.

Never again…..short n sweet

Liked: We did not eat breakfast We liked the hot water in the shower and the good customer service at the front desk also the decor in the suite was nice
Disliked: Mattress was very uncomfortable The pool was very small and not enough feet of water for adult Valet price was too expensive for 70 dollars they should be washing the vehicles also It was a long line waiting for the elevator to get up to our room Me and My husband will not be booking again at this hotel
