It was an okay stay.

Liked: Excellent location. Metro and other shopping facilities very close by.
Disliked: The hotel has seen better days. Definitely needs a refresh. The gym seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen; equipment have rust and need some cleaning as well.

Liked: Two chefs on breakfast excellent. Sharon cleaned our room to a very high standard. Reception staff ,especially Karen, very warm and welcoming. Staff on floor at breakfast time very polite and helpful.
Disliked: More large spoons need to be ordered as had to use plastic ones for 3 days. Orange juice watered down a lot.

Liked: What we liked is that it is very large, close to the train station, and shops for first-resort use.
Disliked: They have nothing for children and teenagers to enjoy. The disabled seat in the pool area didn't work. There's no security at the hotel, and if there is, it's not visible.
