Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very polite and kind. Our flight arrived early in the morning, kids were jet lagged, front desk staff was so kind and gave us early check in so we can rest. This was the highlight of our trip no doubt.

Cheap and cheerful in downtown...

Liked: Great location in downtown Honolulu, close to Waikiki Beach. Brilliant access to local shops and restaurants, all a very small walk away. Room was a very good size, and it was good value for money right in the heart of Honolulu.
Disliked: The hotel did look a little dated, but it was ok for the price. Breakfast, although plentiful, wasn't that fantastic for those watching what they are eating. Was also crowded as the hotel was full.
