Liked: The property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable it’s easily located.
Disliked: Frustrated that it was not made clear to us that Monday through Friday. Breakfast is only served until nine. We got in late. We slept a little late. We missed it. That’s a bummer since it was in part of the price.

Liked: Cute the interior how it looks over the lounging areas. Wish I could remember the bartenders name, he was awesome!

Liked: Breakfast was excellent as usual.The staff were friendly too.
Disliked: We asked for a late check-out as Hilton Honors members. Upon request, we were promised a late check-out until 1:00 pm. We were late by 15 minutes in checking out, and we alerted the recipient of this delay. She said it was okay. Surprisingly, I was charged an additional $60 for this delay! The amount is not significant, but the act of charging is not expected from your renowned customer care, especially to a loyal returning customer like us. Your prompt justification will be greatly appreciated.
