Best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From check-in to check-out was flawless. We'll be back!

Liked: Friendly, knowledgable staff; room was clean and comfortable; loved the bed and pillows; bathroom and shower were excellent; ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was friendly and the food was excellent and priced well; also ate breakfast - clean environment with a great choices of fresh foods. Again, friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Good location, close to lots of restaurants in downtown Tuscaloosa.
Disliked: Bedrooms get very little AC air: bedroom is hot, while dining/sitting room is very cold (we had a one-bedroom suite). Breakfast is simple, nothing worth speaking of: average motel breakfast, not the “Embassy Suites” hot breakfast buffet that one may have been used to in past years (and/or at other Embassy Suites).Also, hotel did duplicate charges to our credit card, so people should monitor their charges carefully!
