Best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. From check-in to check-out was flawless. We'll be back!

Liked: Friendly, knowledgable staff; room was clean and comfortable; loved the bed and pillows; bathroom and shower were excellent; ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff was friendly and the food was excellent and priced well; also ate breakfast - clean environment with a great choices of fresh foods. Again, friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Andrae was awesome He was very helpful with my questions.He also has that personality that makes you feel welcomed. Thank you for your kindness Andrae I would choose to stay here again.
Disliked: Breakfast could be more flavorful.It had no taste in grits ( no cheese grits )Also real eggs instead of powdered eggs would be more tasteful.

Did not meet expectations, missed...

Liked: Breakfast, cocktails, all good.
Disliked: No bath, even though booked specifically for bath. No pool, which was why this hotel was chosen.

I demand my money back...

Liked: Not one thing. I will never step foot in an embassy suites again. no hot water as well.
Disliked: I demanded my money back and was told by the manager that we would be refunded for our room in full. I still haven?t seen the charge reversed. A drunk couple fought all night long right next to our room and the staff did nothing about it. Kept my daughter and I scared and up all night long. I?ve never heard such foul language and my daughter doesn?t even want to attend school at UAB because of this experience. The couple yelled and threatened each the entire night.
