A ruined XMAS

Disliked: If you look at our photo, you'll see that the door (Room 363) had apparently been "kicked in" and has a major gap with the frame. The temperature was slightly above freezing and the heater was switching on and off all night long. Needless to say, we were uncomfortable with the drafts and the continuous rhythm of the heater switching on and off. We didn't get much sleep. This was the "general" condition of the property. On the "policy" side, while there seemed to be few guests (considering the size of the property) we were given the option of taking a 3rd/4th floor room facing Speedway Blvd (that's right, think sirens and oogles of traffic) or a first floor room next to the lobby. Between the noise and cold, it was clearly our worst experience.
