Liked: It was on a good location and breakfast was great
Disliked: The ac in our room didn’t work it was hot between 75 and 74 degrees and call front desk the send engineer to reset it but that didn’t work .

Never stay at embassy suites...

Liked: Spiders, not advised dog friendly. Furniture chewed up, pee stains and smell, dirty sink, spiders in shower. Toilet seat didn't fit toilet and was loose. Holes in doors. Very rude staff.
Disliked: Location convenient to nieces memorial.

Liked: We liked the location and the staff.
Disliked: The room had a strong odor of dog urine. My bed sheets were ripped. I didn't complain because it was a short visit. I'm not use to Embassy Suites being like this. It made me think if this location was a Project Room Key during the COVID Pandemic.

Fabulous staff!

Liked: Rochelle, Leyla and Alex were awesome! There was also another woman who worked the night shift during my stay that was so kind and helpful to my daughter and I during our stay. I had a safety concern that Leyla had addressed and solved within minutes! These people are all so very kind and give off good positive energy when you walk into the doors.
