Short term stay while traveling...

Liked: Breakfast was in an american style so worth to keep it in mind when traveling from Europe. Welcome drink was a nice surprice. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. Hotel is located near to highway junctions which was also a "pro" for us.
Disliked: I didn't notice anythig like that.

Liked: Nice variety and freshness of the food and pastries for breakfast, and your bar tender Saturday night was SPOT ON with my drink!
Disliked: The carpet in my room was not vacuumed. My 10 month old granddaughter was picking up pieces of cereal when crawling on the floor. There were no other suites available so my daughter grabbed her car vac and we did it by hand.The sink in our bathroom was moldy. I have pictures before I cleaned it. I called down to the front desk for clean bed linens for the pull out couch (which was not comfortable at all) and waited 30 mins with nothing. Then sent a text message only to have a security officer bring it up 10 minutes later. 40 mins was a long time when you have a tired kid waiting for a bed. There’s only one toaster, only one omelet grill for guests. This took way longer standing in line. By the time you got to use the toaster your omelet was cold. I went down at 630am to use the fitness center and couldn’t get in. My room key card did not work. The front desk had no way in either. I waited until 7am when other staff arrived and they also had no way to unlock it. However I was told by the front desk associate that security was letting people in all night and she did not know why there was not an access card at the desk. Apparently thing were change over to a new system the Thursday before our arrival. I was then told I had to wait another hour until 8am when the cards automatically unlocked. I was not able to use the facility that I paid to use. There was a sign in the pool area stating no parties. There was a party that came in with 2 adults and 16 teenagers. Load and rowdy and staff did not address the party. There were littles in the pool, and were splashed and bumped into repeatedly. There should be a limit on number of children per adult as well as a safe number of people per pool size. Also, large floatation devices should not be allowed, especially when there are 30 kids in the pool.
