I will never stay with...
Liked: The breakfast buffet was good
Disliked: Upon arriving we inspected our first foom as we usually do for bugs and cleanliness and it was disgusting. There were stains on almost every surface with some showing actual clumps of stuff as if it wasn't even cleaned. There were also signs of bedbugs. I know from working in the industry that they are unavoidable. If a hotel ever tells you they have never had them run. They are lying. When I brought it to the front desk attention our room was moved and the second room was cleaner but not by much. The bed, couch, floor, and floor had several stains throughout. The bed even had someone else's hair still in it under the blanket and sheets. I asked for new sheets and made the bed myself. We asked the front desk (Jared) for foam pillows due to my child being allergic to down and was told there were none to be had. After speaking to housekeeping directly it was discovered they had plenty but the front desk staff never even inquired and I'm assuming it was due to a language barrier.

Disliked: Staff were not friendly and unhelpfulRoom phone was broken, could not connect to WIFI, could not provide us with an extension cord due to lack of outlets in the room. Fire Alarm went off , staff were not helpful at all with directing guests where to go.Breakfast was horrible, the staff just hung around being loud and rude.This room cost almost 700 Canadian dollars for 1 night. I wouldn't stay here again if it was 7 dollars.

The stay was stressful and...
Disliked: Staff at the initial check in was very rude. I was charged twice for my stay. The staff insisted my charge declined through booking.com and even after I explained that the initial decline was due to my credit card company verifying that it was not a fraudulent charge and showing her my confirmation code she refused to get a manager and stated I needed to pay for the room. My card was in fact charged twice. I did speak with another staff who conferred with hotel management and assured me charge was resolved when in fact it was not. I had to dispute it with my credit card company and the entire ordeal was frustrating and exhausting!!
