Liked: Location, cleanliness, pricing. The complimentary happy hour food and drinks were generous and delicious! The amenities were lovely, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!
Disliked: Nothing!

Extremely disappointed for a high...

Liked: close to the mall, accommodated late night milk for my 2 year old son
Disliked: half the lights didn't work, my room phone didn't work, bathroom lock didn't work. more stuff was broken or not working. for the money and the incedental fee, I expected ALOT better. I was in a king suite, and it was smaller than a regular king size room.

BEWARE!! Great food and happy...

Liked: Restaurant was fantastic the chef for breakfast which is apart of the room is wonderful! The chef during our stay at night MOCHI was FANTASTIC! 5star meals no idea how they keep him on a hotel! Front desk staff were good except one upon check in was rude and very uninformed about hotel she gave us no info (being our first stay at this specific hotel)
Disliked: Cleanliness of rooms needs HUGE improvement! Stayed 4 nights and room NEVER cleaned once !! Left our do not disturb tag off hoping they would clean- asked if they could clean and make beds (I mean we are on vacation so pampering is nice, but many staff spoke no English) overall maintenance was not done-Stained chairs and sofa! Broken handles on doors and dust balls and hair rolling around bathroom. Air conditioning also will not stay on and is capped at 20c so for anyone with health conditions and likes it or needs it colder a HUGE NEGATIVE!!!

Liked: The hotel is near the Highway & walking distance to the mall. Very convenient for a family.
Disliked: The only thing I do not like about this place, is the breakfast chef Tommy is retiring. He was great & treating everyone like family.

Disliked: Rooms didn’t have that cozy feel, more cold. Room wasn’t ready for check in time and we had to wait an hour after driving for three hours.
