Liked: You truly learn how a hotel operates when something goes wrong. I arrived late and made a mistake during check-in. Without going into details, I want to highlight the professionalism and genuine care shown by both the front desk clerk and the hotel manager. Their understanding and customer-focused approach were exceptional — something quite rare to find these days.I’m not usually generous with my ratings, but this level of service deserves the highest score.
