Disliked: He had to leave before he even got to his room. He brought his dog in and she barked a little, and some ppl went crazy. He asked for a refund and points to be added back to my account, and his pet deposit. I have not received anything back. Sad that he couldn't even relax after a long drive. He had to go find a rest area to sleep in the parking section.

Liked: It was a pretty hotel and they had cool offerings.
Disliked: We tried to call down for breakfast multiple times because it’s advertised free breakfast to your room but we never got ahold of anyone.

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous. Happy hour was disappointing as food was meager. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Better selection of food at happy hour

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and far exceeded my expectations.
Disliked: Paying for parking after a fairly expensive room wasn't great, but I understand the location makes that tricky.

Disliked: The floor of our room was sticky n dirty, and the beds were not comfortable.
