Perfect place to stay for...

Liked: Location was fantastic for walking safely to T-Mobile Park. Waterfront Shuttle was convenient right outside the hotel, but also easy walking to the waterfront as well. Upgraded facilities, great bathroom, quiet room. Would absolutely stay here again.
Disliked: The breakfast was great but would have appreciated more fresh fruit, but that’s being nit picky. Also the elevator waits were long which is disclosed by the hotel up front. Just have to plan a bit for this.

The stay overall could’ve been...

Liked: For the purpose of our visit, it was very convenient. Lumen field was practically across the street. From the time we left the hotel and in our seats, was about 20 minutes. And that is with my husband having a bad hip. Also the view from our room was phenomenal. I am sure many people would want the view of the water, but our view of the city was spectacular, especially during g the evening and nighttime hours.
Disliked: The traffic sounds could be a little loud at night but not bad.I was quite surprised when we were told there was no valet service or any Help to have luggage unloaded from our vehicle. The customer service at the front desk, also left a little bit to be desired. If they were more informed about reservations, especially when it comes to third-party it would make your customers experience much more enjoyable. My husband and I decided to add one more day, we were told to just go to our third-party again and book the room one more night if possible, which I did. Of course, nothing was conveyed to the cleaning crew, and that was after my husband had gone down to the desk to actually confirm that we had our reservation extended for the next day. And of course, once our key cards did not work and I had expected that. What did I not expect? Was when I called down to the front desk and they had no knowledge of our reservation for extended day. So maybe just a cursory glance at what the day has going on third-party bookings, and booking through their hotel might make your customers experience better. They are cleaning crew was excellent though, and I have to say their customer service was actually better than what the front desk was.

Great place, highly recommend.

Liked: Free breakfast was excellent! We paid for a larger room and it was worth it. Wish I had sprung for the largest one, but it still worked out. Location was good, we were able to catch a free shuttle to Pikes Place Market every day we were there. Close to Uwajimaya (if you are into Japanese food/culture this is a MUST visit). Great overall trip. Will stay again at this location. 13 Coins food is excellent, the service is either really good or not good at all...
Disliked: Wish the room had been larger. We ate at 13 Coins - 3 times. The food was excellent each time. The service was great once and subpar the other two times. Overall the hotel was excellent and I have very few complaints.
