Liked: Location was excellent next to the train station for onward travel to Vancouver. Easy walk to the restaurants in the area
Disliked: Room was excellent

Disliked: Breakfast was a nightmare. Way too small of an area. Staff was overwhelmed. We tried three separate times and it just kept getting worse. Nowhere to sit. No trays to take to room even. Afternoon parking staff were rude and offered zero assistance. I felt like I was bothering them. The little store was empty.

The hotel is very nice....

Liked: Breakfast was good. A better selection that most hotels. It was nice having our own coffee pot, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable. Even the pull out couch wasn't too bad. It was easy access to everything, very walkable and we used the the free shuttle that stops right outside of the hotel.
Disliked: There was no where to sit at breakfast. It would have nice to open up the reception area. I would have liked a few extra blankets in the room. The sliding barn doors in the bathroom are not very private and they don't lock. There were 5 of us in the room but we only got coffee for 2 and 4 towels.
