Worst embassy suites hotel

Liked: Overall it was ok. This wasn’t the best embassy suite we ever stayed at and was quit disappointed!
Disliked: 1st off the room had stains on the sofa and it was even ripped. There was open and old food in one of the drawers by the fridge… and the beds were itchy and hard! There was hair and stains in the bathroom and the water pressure was so slow!I was really disappointed at the breakfast staff. Right at 9am they closed and lock the doors for the food area which was fine but then they turned off all the drinks and even took the coffee away! I asked the server can I refill my drink because I was still eating and she straight up told me NO! I went to the front desk to complain cause I never heard a hotel staff tell a guest NO…Here’s the icing on the cake at 9:30am we heard a knock on the door as we were packing our things getting ready to check out. I wasn’t fast enough to open the door. When I got to the living area house keeping had open our door to tell us that it was check out… like who does that!!! I was confused that I had to call down to front desk to verify that 11am was check out. The nice lady did apologize and tell me that she’ll let management know. But that was really rude and quite frankly very unprofessional. I felt like we were being rushed to check out. Never experienced that ever at any hotel…!
