Excellent hotel. Clean and comfortable. All amenities included. Fantastic breakfast. Free drinks for happy hour with cheese and crackers. Loved staying here.

Liked: Powerful shower. Fluffy towels and plenty of them. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: Small trash cans.

Liked: Superb stay.Very lovely hotel. We had a king suite, which was very spacious and comfortable.Staff were super helpful and informative.Breakfast is very varied and plentiful. Happy hour, a really nice touch.Close to everything, easily walkable if you enjoy walking.

Liked: Brianna at front desk was awesome. She was super nice and went out of her to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. The ladies that was cooking eggs to order 10/10. Highly recommend

Liked: Love the hotel there in Savannah. Nice and close to SCAD
Disliked: The room we had was very noisy due to the AC system in room 529. Also the bathroom faucet was confusing to use

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS--WONDERFUL MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!

Liked: Breakfast staff was overwhelmed but had great attitudes and excellent customer service under the circumstances. The children in our group enjoyed the breakfast and so did we enjoy the convenience and the quality. Add waffles to the menu and add more staff to handle the crowds. Staff was excellent with our pet, we loved it!We'll stay there again!
Disliked: More staff to handle the breakfast crowd, add another half hour to honor the groups. For the evening hour, add another bar tender, she too was overwhelmed.

Exceptional

Liked: The business was able to accomodate us quickly due to a last minute cancellation by a previously booked hotel. They were gracious and kind during our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the late check-out at 12 was exactly waht we needed after scrambling the night before while we tried to find somewhere to stay on a very busy weekend. We appreciate the availability and we will be using this hotel during our next stay.
Disliked: The room we stayed in had a bit of mold in the shower along the bottom seal. I feel that was just due to excess moisture. It wouldn't take much to clean it up and reseal it.

Overall great stay!!

Liked: The room was very comfortable. I especially liked that the separation of the bedroom from the living suite - a small but elegant and efficient touch. Also, we arrived in almost a monsoon and was allowed to check in 1 1/2 early, which we really appreciated.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but the staff was short and they ran out of many things even coffee before closing time. Coffee should be accessible at all times during the stay.
