Liked: The breakfast was interesting and inconsistent in offerings and timing during the entire trip.
Disliked: The room was not clean, the shower leaked all over the floor while using.

Liked: Fabulous room on 16th floor with great panoramic view.The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.Downtown Sarasota, was a pleasant stroll away.

Disliked: Floors in room weren’t swept underneath furniture - while accessing couch bed

Liked: The hotel had a really nice look to it, I also like the fact that it was by a lot of places downtown
Disliked: I did not like the fact that one of the elevators went out, I was stuck in there for about 10 minutes when we were able to get out we went to the front desk to let them know and the guy acted like that was not a big deal and it was because that was very traumatizing and scary

Liked: Thought the location was good and available. Trolley service to area beaches was good.
Disliked: After two days, the soap seemed to have clogged the bathroom sink, drained very slowly. Did not like automtic $25. Destination charge because as a guest at the hotel, we should have the choice to spend additional time in your bar or restaurant not be forced to or charged if we don’t. Choices for the dinner menu were lacking and quality was not good..
