Disliked: I booked what was clearly listed as a 2-bedroom suite, but upon arrival, I was given a single room with two beds. The hotel informed me that they don’t even have 2-bedroom suites, and claimed the issue was due to a misleading listing on Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com, they acknowledged the listing was indeed confusing and inaccurate.Despite this, the hotel insisted on charging me for the first night if I canceled, even though I was not receiving what I had originally booked. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. We walked over to Westin and stayed there and will definitely return there next time.

Underwhelming stay

Liked: Good location, hotel and room was clean and breakfast was great
Disliked: Additional costs on check in, parking is ridiculously expensive at 40 dollars per day, it should be subsidized if you are a guest at the hotel. The pool is tiny with only 4 sun beds for the whole hotel. The pool doesn't get sunlight. Staff are ran off their feet on the restaurant. Lovely staff but you can see they are short staffed as one night we had one person serving drinks, serving food and also checking people into the restaurant area it wasn't fair on staff. It was unfortunately an underwhelming stay when the Hilton has such a good name and it was our last few nights of our honeymoon and we decided to pay that but extra to get nice accommodation to end it.
