Liked: Breakfast was good but ended already at 09:30 sharp. Location was good.
Disliked: Freezing cold in the common areas!! Wi-Fi worked very poorly, sometimes not at all. $25 added on to the price on Booking.

Piss poor

Liked: The room was not as described. I decided not to stay there because they couldn’t provide two beds. The room was described as two king room. They only had one bed. The refusedto refund the room charge, despite not being able to provide two beds. Staff at from desk was extremely unaccomodating. I will never stay at another embassy suites, let alone Hilton because of this experience. Charging me for a room that wasn’t as advertised is bad business.

Will try another hotel next...

Liked: Breakfast was good with many choices. Omelet station a plus.
Disliked: Hotel overall understaffed. Restaurant understaffed. Cleaning people left garbage in room I purposely left on desk for obvious removal. Couch in room older with stain.
