Liked: Inside hotel was fine
Disliked: We had NO air conditioning in our room. The bathtub wasn’t draining properly. Not enough towels and wash clothes in our rooms. Staff stated they did not have any more towels.

Hotel was more like cheap...

Liked: Facility was run down...not well maintained. Generally old and not well kept up inside room and general areas. Front desk has difficulties checking in and out. Paint peeling. Room not clean.Fridge leaking, sink stopped up, wood rotting in cabinets. General hallways and areas not cleaned up well.
Disliked: Building and rooms generally run down...more like cheap motel compared to other Embassy Suites I have stayed in

Terrible.

Liked: There was construction going the whole time and my balcony did not lock.
Disliked: Loud construction coming from next door all day.

Over all the hotel itself...

Liked: Ive stayed at this location a few times and the breakfast is always great. Theirs an option for everyone for myself as well as for my picky eater.
Disliked: The only thing i didn't like that was probably my fault was getting the room in the lower level the noise from outside was very loud could hear people yelling and music playing. My daughter and I weren't able to sleep.
