Overall very low regard for guest comfort. Resentful staff.

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: Stuck in an elevator for 15 minutes while staff took care of the front desk. It wasn't until my friend threatened to call 911 that they finally came and opened the door with a crow bar. Poor service and no concern for guest safety.

Liked: The manager's reception offered goldfish crackers, chips, and salsa. The drinks were pretty good, and the bartender was very friendly. He made a Shirley Temple for my daughter that was really good! The breakfast team was also friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, they were out of oat milk and didn't have more to offer.
Disliked: Even though I checked in online as a Hilton Honors member, I still had to wait long to get the "vouchers" for the reception and breakfast. There was only one person at the reception desk, so the check-in process moved slowly. The staff in front wasn't very friendly. We also had an issue with the sofa bed. When I removed a cushion, I noticed a big brown spot on the sheet, so I didn't bother using it. Also, the pool was closed, and we weren't notified until we checked in. We are very disappointed about the lack of communication.

Disliked: The random bangs on my window and door by kids uncontrolled by their parents
