Liked: Excellent help and customer service from front desk, was able to accommodate early check-in. Easy parking, walking distance to UTC. Amenities and the room itself exceeded expectations. Really liked the huge atrium and overall indoor atmosphere
Disliked: Check-in on the app and obtaining electronic key was a little glitchy, but the front-desk check-in alternative was a great experience

Liked: Breakfast time not honored and unfriendly staff.
Disliked: The room furniture is very worn out. Breakfast should stop at 10am, however at 9:45am they stopped the Breakfast.

Disliked: A confined feeling with a breakfast largely consisting of ultra-processed items, apart from a freshly made omelette prepared by unenthusiastic cooks. Not value for money.
