Liked: Very hard to like any of it.
Disliked: The staff was rude and not knowledgeable of the property. The stay was overpriced, a bad value. The parking situation was a hoke at best, what respectable hotel does not offer free parking to a guest paying so much to stay there? It was an overall bad experience and I will never stay in an Embasssy Suite Hotel again for the stay was terrible.

Liked: Things we liked:- a king-sized bed that was reasonably comfy- the cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly- the coy pond was fun- breakfast options were varied and there are other dining options close by- our kids enjoyed using the pool
Disliked: Thing we didn't adore:- At check in, the front desk guy implied that some system error - showing we'd booked 2 rooms instead of 1 on his screen - (though every confirmation message I received verified just the one) made it sound like he was doing me a favor cancelling the second. That was...off putting. So was his interaction with me after confirming we're not "Hilton Honors" members. Word to the wise, if you actually *want* people to join, maybe treat them well?- Room 1112 wasn't amazing for the price (maybe this was the down grade for not being members?). It felt dingy and dark and bizarrely noisy with the climate control system. Don't know if this room was exemplary of Embassy Suites in general, but the bathroom felt a bit grimy (also dark) and looked like the grout could use a good once over. So, acceptable enough, I guess (not what I thought an Embassy Suites would be), but not anything close to cozy and definitely miles away from amazing.

Liked: My reservation although confirmed through booking .com was not communicated to the property. I had to book directly at the hotel.
Disliked: I did not like the check procedure hassle due to booking.com's lack of follow through. I won't trust them again..
