Embassy Suites By Hilton San Antonio Brooks Hotel - Spa

It was an excellent stay....

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. I was there to DJ for a function. Mr. Chavez, I think that was his name, was exceptional. I was able to store my equipment in the event area and I was confident that it was safe and secure. On the day I checked out. I was going to go get me equipment at the event area, and all my stuff was moved to the front desk lobby storage. That was very nice of them. The hotel was quiet. Had many food options available nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: I did not care for the location and the road to get there. If you are not in the right turning lane, you have to go around and the area and make sure you got in the correct turning lane. Also, I could not get me tv to work properly, but I did not watch that much TV. I wish they had a 12pm checkout which would have been nice. The hotel was kinda pricey, at least for me, however, I was able to find a great rate. It was worth it,

Liked: Lots of selections during breakfast, and the made-to-order options were a nice touch.
Disliked: None

Excellent location.

Liked: Great location just a short taxi ride to River Walk with great Restaurant's a minutes walk from the hotel including BJ's Brewhouse and Outback Stakehouse.
Disliked: Disappointed by the ironically named "Happy hour" having stayed many times at Embassy Suites hotels, limited selection of drinks and poor snack selection compared to previous stays.
