Embassy Suites By Hilton Saint Louis - Downtown

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. The hotel was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I really enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast was great as well. I would stay here any time I visit St. Louis. I loved it!

Liked: Huge room with very comfy beds. Very friendly and efficient check in. Free welcome drinks.
Disliked: Expensive valet parking of 49usd. No overnight self parking options available.

Disliked: The pool was very hot and crowded. There wasn’t access to outside air from the pool area. There weren’t things to do at nighttime around the hotel.

Liked: The only thing that we liked is the politeness and kindness of the staff
Disliked: The bathroom and the rooms was very unclean. We even found a plate with a cake under the sofa. The water in the pool was freezing. The breakfast is the worst I ever had - it organised in not smart way so instead of using all the big space in the middle they putt the food in the corner which creates long lines. The food quality is poor. The only eatable is the cooked omelet, but my husband had to stand in line for 20 minutes to get two portions, they do not allow more for one person. One adult must stay with the kids. It is outrageous, only one person making omelets.

Liked: The best thing about the Embassy Suites in downtown St. Louis is the location. It’s right around the corner from the convention center, which makes it a convenient pick for business travelers or anyone attending events nearby.The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are spacious, and it feels like there’s plenty of room to breathe, especially compared to more cramped city options. That said, housekeeping could use improvement. The cleanliness left to be desired.
Disliked: Breakfast was a letdown. If you have any dietary restrictions—gluten or dairy especially—don’t expect to find much, if anything, you can eat. No alternatives were offered, which feels like an oversight in 2025. And the coffee? Easily among the worst I’ve had in recent memory.
