Liked: I have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past and the staff is always friendly, responsive and professional.
The suites are true suites with two separate rooms, a bedroom and a living room area divided by a door. Both rooms have their own TV and plenty of space. Breakfast with made to order omelettes and evening reception make it special.
Disliked: The people in the suite above me were incredibly noisy for about an hour but eventually settled down.

Liked: It was beautiful.
Disliked: There were problems with the heat and ac. They were addressed in a timely manner; however I did experience discomfort the the first 2-3 days.

Embassy title, Super 8 experience
Liked: Breakfast was wonderful.
Disliked: I pulled the sheets back to get in bed and there was what appeared to be make-up all on the sheets in addition to pubic hair. I called the front desk and someone came to my room and handed me sheets and walked away. What? I had to change my own sheets at an Embassy. There was children also sprinting around outside for hours. In the morning we found out that a child climbed the interior balconies from the 7th floor to the 2nd floor. I felt like I was staying at a Super 8. It was embarrassing to me because I also bought a room for my parents who were traveling with us. The night before I had explained all the perks of staying at an Embassy to my parents. Well, I spoke too soon. Upon checking out I asked to speak with a manager and explained my experience and the manager was "you had to change your own sheets?" I told her yes. She was like what can I do for you? What did she want me to say? Make it right. You are the manager. You are responsible for your guest's experience at your establishment. You have been appointed manager for a reason, do not ask me what you can do for me, just make it right.

Disliked: Throughout the night constant running up and down the hall. Noisy rooms. Staff was unable to solve the situation.
