Liked: Staff was pretty helpful.
Disliked: Most of the laundry facilities were broken, the one washer that worked kept eating my money, and staff had to find keys to get quarters out and get it to work. There were non-english speaking staff at breakfast that simply did not care about getting the omelets right. Just stare at me with annoyance when they didn't right down the correct order, and then make whatever they wanted. My breakfast orders were never right, and i stayed quite a while. Needed sheets for the pullout bed, didn't have a full set available. Would request towels because there weren't enough in the room, even sharing 2 people per towel, they never got delivered. Someone else checked in when they got there before me, and when I changed the payment card, they charged me, but also charged the first card...twice. When i booked the room, the pictures on the website showed one bed in each room, which was perfect because gramma needed her own space. When we checked in the beds were both in the same room. When asked if they had a room with separate rooms, they said those pictures were taken from a different location, that they get that a lot? Very misleading and the biggest reason I booked here. Ended up buying an air mattress for the kids to sleep in the living room away from grandma and aunt because fire code wouldn't let them bring a cot in. Very annoying.

Liked: Loved the "reception hour" and the modern, clean rooms. The breakfast buffet is top notch. Everything was great, this is by far our favorite hotel.
