Our stay was exceptional.

Liked: Our room was very clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like.

Great but could have been...

Liked: Location, there was a bingo activity for the guests and we enjoyed it.
Disliked: Some stuff are a little worn out and needs maintenance. The outlet in our room behind the sofa and sidetable is broken.i saw my son plugging something in and it worried me that he could have accidentally touched a live wiring inside. The lamp plug by the other side is also worn out.

A great stay-cation.

Liked: We rented a room for our daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday party. The property was clean, friendly, and safe.
Disliked: There was no food or drinks until 5 pm

Pleasant

Liked: Felt safe, clean, fun for our group, good location- close to mall, good food, & activities. We traveled 20 min to our facility. Our group loves this hotel for the family friendliness, location and accommodations(comfort, breakfast, pool.)
Disliked: Surprised that there wasn’t great coffee, for a $200+/night hotel. We were hanging out on the tables at 10 pm Saturday night after a team dinner and asked to leave. Also charged $17/day for parking and that wasn’t on the website w charges.

Great location and family oriented

Liked: Convenient and the staff was respectful and very helpful.
Disliked: The parking was very congested. The hotel is pretty dated but overall a good experience.
