I love this location

Liked: I always love the reception. The food was good from the kitchen. Beds are very comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast ws not very good

Excellent location!

Liked: Breakfast was great, reception was great, restaurant was alright enough.
Disliked: The temperature in the hotel was too hot.

Good

Liked: The friendly staff and the complimentary drinks. Spacious rooms!!
Disliked: The breakfast helper Alex would put his gloved fingers on our plates we were eating and then ask if he could take it away. Um, no, and don't touch my plate unless I tell you too first! Gross. He did it over and over again.... The pool is too small for how big the hotel is. There were way too many people in there at the same time...

Liked: Nice, big room
Disliked: One of the housekeepers woke me up at 8 am to clean, and then again at 930 am. I really wanted to sleep in closer to check out. I was not expecting to feel rushed to leave.

Good location, comfortable enough but...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The room was large, and the bed was comfortable. The location is right next to the mall and some other shopping so good location.
Disliked: The hotel needs a complete renovation. It's old and dingy in need of work. The front desk staff was not very friendly but the breakfast staff were very nice.
