Liked: Room very nice and clean.
Disliked: Did not get breakfast voucher when we checked in. Self parking cost $12.00, automatically added to the room - should be free with the amount you have to pay for a night's stay.

The hotel is clean, beautiful...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The water was turned off at 10:00AM the day we were checking out, so we had to rush using the bathroom before there was no water.

Liked: It was a gorgeous hotel. Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He was funny, efficient, and extremely helpful. We stayed here for one night to pass through and it ended up being the best stay of our whole trip!

Clogged shower

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: The bathtub wouldn’t drain when we tried to take a shower. And when I informed the front desk in the morning, the employee tried to shift the blame on me that I should have informed them immediately when I noticed. I took my shower at midnight and I was exhausted, I would not have wanted somebody in the room when I was exhausted and ready for bed. Pretty disappointing.

Liked: Got a good deal and very convenient
Disliked: The pool was a little small. One of the elevators was out. Breakfast used to be eggs made to order, now it’s just omelets. I understand paying for parking at a resort but not really a hotel. I’m sure that’s about everywhere now.
