Liked: Room very nice and clean.
Disliked: Did not get breakfast voucher when we checked in. Self parking cost $12.00, automatically added to the room - should be free with the amount you have to pay for a night's stay.

Disliked: Our room had an old air filter.Complementary drinks window was for two hours only and you could only get bud light beer.Any other drinks were at least $8

Liked: Everything was perfect,the team,the breakfast and it was really clean
Disliked: The sofa bed was uncomfortable,and they give a free drink but it wasn't during the hours so I think they can keep the ticket if we are not able to use it.

Superb

Liked: The friendliness of the staff, the good tasty breakfast and overall comfortable and clean room.
Disliked: Didn't like that we got charged for parking.

"No water in Phoenix"

Liked: The hotel building looks nice and the employees were friendly for the most part.
Disliked: Not being informed before our arrival that the water would be shut off, and we wouldn't be able to freshen up before the concert that we were attending, nor would we have water in the morning as well. We asked for some water bottles so we could brush our teeth and tidy up a bit and they told us we'd have to purchase water if we wanted water.If you like a very hard bed and dense pillows they're on point with that. The room was clean overall. Good shampoo, conditioner, and lotion if I had been able to shower
