Liked: The only decent thing about the property was the location
Disliked: The staff were rude They messed up our incidentals deposit and tried to over charge us! We then found out they had another card that did not belong to us under our reservation. The valet boys were awful! When we arrived we were struggling with our bags and the boys outside said we could carry our luggage ourselves. Throughout the stay we noticed they were helping everyone else. The pool area at night was so loud and noisy we actually complained and was told the music would be off earlier tonight but in fact went on until 11pm. It also starts at 8am so don’t think about having an early night or a lay in. I didn’t like the fact that we felt obligated to tip in order to get a good service. Every time you went to the bar you was expected to tip even though you’re doing the leg work. The food was awful and did not taste good! They have a little shop in the hotel and although it’s convenient it’s very expensive! $7 for a bottle of water and $4 for a small pack of walkers crisps. We have very loud people above us banging all night long! I actually thought they would come through the ceiling. I mentioned it to the reception staff and they said well let’s hope it sorts its self out. Overall this was not up to Hilton standard and for the money I paid the service and value for money was poor.

Liked: Came here for a wedding the location was excellent, it’s a little pricey but one of the nicest embassy suites ive ever stayed at also the buffalo wings at the pool specifically are amazing
Disliked: just kind of expensive but it’s a great stay and right across from the beach so worth it imo.
