Liked: Breakfast was good and room spacious for a family of ten, and my kids really like that we were able to eat the snacks in the room.
Disliked: The smell was not fresh because carpet and couch old. With all the money they get, they should change carpet and couches every 7 or 10 years.

Liked: breast fast was always great, customer service were very responsive to our needs, and the room clean and spacious. Also, the location was central and allowed easy access to all the attractions that we wanted to visit

Liked: I’ve stayed at this hotel before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing. The room wasn’t visibly dirty, but it was clear that the cleaning had been poorly done, and there was an odd, unpleasant smell in the air.To make matters worse, at around 9:30 AM while we were still packing a staff member began knocking loudly and repeating “check-out, check-out!” as if we were late, even though check-out time is 11:00. It was rude and made us feel very uncomfortable.Sad to see the decline in quality from a place I used to enjoy. I won’t be coming back.
