Liked: The location.
Disliked: The bar didn't have the staff needed to take care of the guests. There was one bartender and one Mgr. The wait time to get a drink was at least 20-30 minutes! Many guests left to go elsewhere. The bartender was excellent and tried his best.

Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nice. Room was beautiful.
Disliked: The staff forgot about me when they asked me to wait for check in. My room wasn’t ready at check in time. I had to go to the desk multiple times to keep checking. The female who told me to sit down and she would come get me clocked out for work and left. I went to the desk and Luis checked me into a room. The pool was closed two days. The elevator was slow and one on our side was out of order for a day.

Disgrace to the Embassy Suites...

Liked: Amazing location.
Disliked: Front door locks at 11 pm so had to wait outside for someone to let us in to check in. Elevators broken, gate entry system for parking is complex and fails to work. Breakfast ran out of several items, eggs, waffles, bacon, and odd things including cups. Evening reception line was crazy long since only one server was working. Older rooms, dated decor from the 60’s maybe….just a failure in many areas.Hassled at breakfast to join timeshare.

Liked: Excellent breakfast. Love the cook to order option.
Disliked: One of the elevators was down a portion of our stay. And the elevators were very slow in general.
