Liked: Breakfast buffet friendly staff nice sized rooms beautiful view of the lake happy the staff recommended upper floor and lake view when I was checking in
Disliked: Weird parking lot very few up close parking, what would benefit your happy hour is having a dedicated person during happy hour only doing drinks and have someone else taking orders or anything else not related to happy hour and also having the ability to lower the room temperature lower then 68

Liked: I always love the location, my suite and the breakfast.
Disliked: This was probably my worst experience at a hotel. I tried to be as patient and understanding as possible. I wasn’t allowed an early check in which I understood. I wasn’t told there weren’t any early check ins but witnessed 6 people allowed an early check in. I waited in the lobby from 1:38pm until almost 4:00pm. I was told my room wasn’t ready because of cleaning. I’m an insurance brokerage owner and a lot of my business is done remotely. I missed out on two leads because I can’t discuss details in a public place. It was also quite a lot of ants in the lobby. The staff tried to accommodate but overall I have never experienced that. As a Hilton Honors member I didn’t feel any hospitality.
