Liked: The staff was lovely. The breakfast was great. The $20 parking charge is BS! It’s a private lot.
Disliked: PAYING $20 FOR PARKING IS TOTAL BS!! The hotel will respond with a BS scripted post that they will look into it. BS! There is NO reason to charge for parking when they have a private lot! The complimentary happy hour is a JOKE. It was chips and salsa, peanuts, and fruit. Pathetic. STOP CHARGING $20 FOR PARKING. Over $200 for a room and you get a view of the roof.

Liked: I arrived and it showed I was booked for the following day and even though my confirmation email showed my day I was suppose to be there . The lady who was checking me in, went above and beyond and helped and also give us some extra treats for the hassle that we endured. Everything was great I checked out. I got a call a few hours later saying that they were going to charge me an extra $75 even though I’ve paid full before I arrived. The $75 was charged to my credit card
