Liked: Convenient close to the event we went too
Disliked: Wasn't greeted with the warmest feeling until we shared a gift to the staff, and also given a room that only had one king bed when i booked for a room with 2 queen beds

Liked: Every housekeeping staff and restaurant staff encountered was welcoming, courteous, friendly and efficient.
Disliked: After meeting with a front-desk staff and reviewing in detail my dispute relating to a proposed $100.00 charge for an alleged room upgrade, the front-desk clerk assured me that so such proposed assessment would be made because no upgrade had been requested or granted. The clerk failed to do as promised and the unauthorized additional charge was made to my credit card and Embassy Hilton has not responded to any of my written requests for correction.

Liked: Excellent breakfast … good variety, food cooked well; helpful and friendly staff; facilities were clean, well kept and well lit
Disliked: Shower not disability friendly … no handle bars for assistance in and out and during shower; towel peg placed too high for a short, elderly person with balance issues, and the short step into the shower was an issue also

Liked: This is our second stay at this location, the last time was three years ago. The breakfasts have been consistently well done and excellent quality. Food choices vary daily. Service is super friendly. Facility is very clean. Our housekeeper was exceptional.
Disliked: The shower in our room was either scalding or cold. It was a real chore/process to get the temperature adjusted. Not at all user friendly, especially since our room was also ADA. I let the front desk know of my concern.You pay for parking in an unsecured lot on the property, the gate was installed but not functional. Otherwise you must use street parking if you think $40 per day is excessive. They offer kamaaina rates for parking at $20 per day.
