Exceptional

Liked: Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great experience.

Very good

Liked: Room was big and comfy, beds were amazing! Multiple locks on the door made us feel safe.
Disliked: There was a 50$ hold i didn't expect. Ended up taking all the money I had for dinner and drinks. If someone was well off, 50 bucks probably isn't a big deal but to those of us struggling, 50 bucks is all i have. I do wish you had smoking rooms. 100% personal preference though

Disliked: Room was very dated. Vent in bathroom filthy. Some mold in shower. Toilet stopped up but was repaired in a couple of hours. Carpets in hall leading to elevators are not stretched tight leaving humps that can easily catch high heel shoes. Nail or staple in right hand arm of couch caused small cut on finger (room 530- not reported)

Liked: Breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable.
Disliked: They charge for parking. But you do not know that until you are there. I feel like if you are staying there then parking should be free. Also, I thought I booked a suite with two BEDROOMS, but the room we had was a suite with 2 beds...there is a difference!!
