It was perfect. Perfect everything...
Liked: The view was amazing it was so good from a high floor as well seeing an amazing sight of the world . The location was perfect as well right over the Falls was the best thought ever. The breakfast was delicious there was so many options. The potato bits were so good and the omelettes flavoured was great. The hotel service was brilliant as well with the front desk ladies being so kind and the people who held the door bought so much positivity in the hotel.

Liked: The hotel has a beautiful view of Niagara Falls, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but the wait lines were long. After the elevator wait, we still had to stand in line another 5 to 10 minutes just to be seated and get food.The good news is that the staff were understanding and accommodating. After our first night, we requested to switch hotels, and they allowed us to do so without asking for a reason, charging only a $100 CAD early check-out fee. It appears to be a standard policy for guest satisfaction, which we appreciated.
Disliked: The property was extremely crowded during our stay, and it often took 3 to 20 minutes just to get on the elevator — especially frustrating with kids or during breakfast hours. Overall, the view and service were great, but the overcrowding and elevator delays significantly impacted the overall experience.
