Summer holiday at the Falls

Liked: Hotel is closest to Niagara Falls and central to other hotels, restaurants and fascinating scenery. Very comfortablel, clean and good value for money. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. I will recommend the hotel. The icing on the cake was when I got upgraded (for free) to a room with a much better view of the falls. Thanks guys!.

Liked: Great location and I liked the shuttle service to the offsite parking.
Disliked: The drain in the tub was broken. Turned the water on cold and hot water comes and very little water comes out of the tap in the bathroom. It was a disaster room for the price that I paid. I thought that was it but it wasn't. Breakfast was cheap not to mention the long wait to be seated. I did not get that.Some of the staff were rude and sarcastic. I asked them a question and I got a sarcastic answer. If you worked in the lobby of a hotel expect questions and you have to answer politely however stupid the question is as you work in the customer service. Very disappointed guests here.
