Disliked: Check in was slow. Room description was not valid. 100.00 for parking is crazy. Some of the staff were rude. Breakfast was insane and not very good. Happy hour said appetizers and it was chips. Overall would not stay again for 500.00.

Liked: Location of thr room. Had corner room and full view of both falls.
Disliked: I thought i had booked fallview and i looked at it again which i did booked fallsview but i had to pay 110 each day to get my fallsview room. That was misleading. It didn't say i had partial view when i booked my reservation. I would appreciate if i was told ahead.

Disliked: There was no housekeeping despite the absence of the DND (do not disturb) sign. They said they only had housekeeping if you stay 4 nights or more. They also didn't give the wifi password until asked.
