Liked: Staff was friendly, the room was clean, very close to falls and casino.

Liked: We loved the location to the falls.
Disliked: The parking garage traffic (suggest separate lane for guests who already have paid garage parking)Congestion getting on and off the elevator. (Took almost 20 minutes to get back to our room on the 31st floor), one petty thing: snacks sparse and messy at reception time ( possible attendant there to dispense snacks and have then out the same amount of time as drink ticket times)

Liked: The waterfalls view is the number one thing I liked about this hotel. They are very organized, staff are everywhere helping, cueing & directing people from parking to check in line up to elevator line up. The room is huge with all the toiletries we need.
Disliked: Pricey:)
