Liked: Room and washroom was clean
Disliked: The room i paid for via booking.com was different from the room we were given. It was very disappointing, and the staff weren't friendly and willing to listen when we complained. Booking.com gave us compensation, but this was lower than expected.

Disliked: The toilet kept running and wouldn’t shut off.They should tidy the room after one night. No. We’d to replace towels to save water but making the bed would have been nice.

Disliked: I had to upgrade to get a room with a view of the falls and the breakfast was terrible having to pay 100 more for the room you wanted in the first place feels like getting taxed

Awesome stay!!
Liked: The view from our room was excellent! Lovely, clean room and staff was extremely helpful.
Disliked: The latch on the door was loose, but I told the front desk about it. I hope it gets repaired.

Industrial type hotel, overpriced and...
Liked: The location was good. The lobby was clean and modern
Disliked: Restaurant extremely overpriced and staff unfriendly. Breakfast was terrible. The rooms were old and dirty and on the 35fth floor the room was sloping to one side. Parking overpriced. Would not recommend.
