Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans

Liked: We stay in New Orleans a good bit and have never found a hotel that we'd recommend, but I'd definitely recommend this one and will probably stay at it again next time we go! Love happy hour and breakfast, great atmosphere and location. Love the room suites. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Small pool.

Liked: The breakfast was really good and it was all included. I really liked the pancakes and yogurt. The sausages were the best I’ve ever had. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly, especially the front desk staff. So a big shout out to them. Thank you. The small gift bags are such a sweet touch. I also enjoyed the welcome reception in the evening with the complimentary snacks and drinks. Did I mention the beds, they are so incredibly comfortable, I slept like a rock. I was really glad the hotel was within walking distance to the cruise port, so I didn’t have to spend money on a cab to catch my cruise the next morning.
Disliked: I didn’t like the goldfish crackers and hummus.

Liked: The wonderful ladies that checked me in at 4am I wish I could remember their names but they went out of their way to make sure we had a room after a long day of delays and a problem with the reservation. They made sure we were in a room and able to sleep and have breakfast that morning. They were just amazing with what they did for my family. They were lifesavers
