We would stay there again....

Liked: Location was great, breakfast exceptional, staff friendly, rooms great.
Disliked: A bit expensive to park a car. Pool closing so early was a negative when we didn’t arrive until an hour before.

Other than staff, my stay...

Liked: Cleanliness and location are perfect.
Disliked: The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful. They attempted to make my colleague pay for the stay twice, claiming that the initial transaction had not gone through. However, after my colleague checked their bank account, the staff then claimed that they could see the transaction in their system. Furthermore, they also charged me additional fees without disclosing these extra costs upfront, which was frustrating and felt unfair.
