Great stay would stay again...

Liked: Loved everything about the hotel. The location was great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooftop was great.
Disliked: The only thing that I thought needed improvement was cell service. My provider is Verizon and I did not have cell service. I was on the 8th floor. I had t o go outside or sometimes I was able to get service on the 4th floor during breakfast

Liked: Close to Broadway. Very clean and comfy rooms. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
Disliked: AC could have worked better. 18th floor on 84* day and it was to warm to sleep comfortably. They did however give us a box fan for the room.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: We had to wait hours for a room I booked and paid for 5 months in advance. The luggage rack was broken, the bathroom door did not close, valet took an hour and was insanely expensive. Almost 1000 dollars to stay two nights and not be able to get clean or dressed for the event I was in town for. Bummer.
