Stay here for location only.

Liked: Loved the location, you were minutes from Broadway but far enough that there was no noise. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was decent, good variety every day and their coffee shop in the lobby was great.
Disliked: Before I arrived I called to add a friend to the reservation so they could check in before I arrived, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, to the point of having 2 separate conversations with people while I was on the phone with her. The day of check out my card was charged over 70$ for Valet, when none of us travelling had a car, I called and was told in the most dismissive manner that it was a computer glitch. Needless to say the front of house staff here could do with some retraining.

Perfect location in Downtown Nashville

Liked: The property was extremely convenient and walking distance to Broadway, Country Music Museum and Bridgestone Arena. The complimentary breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff on the top floor were also super-friendly and accommodating. I cannot remember the lady’s name, but she learnt to make an Australian Lemon Lime and Bitters for me at level 30’s bar and it was PERFECT. And that sums up the staff - they always went out of their way for their guests and made sure everyone was happy.
Disliked: Would love an ATM in the lobby
