Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Napa Valley

Our room was OK but needs updating. Grounds were nice. Not honoring our paid for room with King bed is a huge negative. We will be back as we paid for another night at a later date. Hope they honor our paid for room with a King bed.

Liked: Grill 29 bar service (Thanks Carol!) was awesome.
Disliked: Hotel refused to give us our confirmed and paid for room with King bed. Made my 6' 4" tall husband and I sleep in a room with 2 double beds. BAD!

Perfect hotel and location for...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful and provided some great recommendations. The room was clean, nice, comfortable and much bigger than expected. I really liked that we had a slider to get some fresh air. The courtyard in the middle is very cute and welcoming. Will absolutely stay here again when in Napa!

Liked: The rooms were very modern and spacious and the location was good
Disliked: The property is undergoing refurbishment which we were not made aware of. There were boarded up areas, only partial breakfast facility which was inadequate and the outside terrace no longer exists. The pool area was almost finished but not yet available for use so we paid for a day entry to another hotel to use their outdoor area

Liked: For the amount of money the hotel charges I feel it should have been disclosed that the hotel was renovating the property. And to charge a guest for parking is a little disappointing. Have stayed at Embassy Suites in the past and was never disappointed.

Liked: I was pretty surprised with the new rooms. Every member of staff were absolutely kind and helpful, they tried really hard to make us spend a great time and succeeded. Highly recommended
