Disliked: Some of the other guest was rude, threatened to hit my son was quietly standing in the elevator. The man was drunk, and nothing was done. Made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and in the afternoons they offered a snack bar with fresh veggies! This is the best place to stay with a family there's a lake walk and playground just across the parking lot and meet minutes from the aquarium, wharf and Dennis the Menace park!
Disliked: It used to have a whimsical ocean vibe in the lobby that's been replaced with minimalist business esthetic

Liked: Cold showers. Could get warming water out of the tap but not the shower. It wasn’t a lack of understanding on how the hardware worked.
