Kind staff, elevator was the...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, a variety of choices.
Disliked: 8 year old grand daughter was trapped in the elevator for an hour on arrival. Door shut before we could get in with her. Stayed on 1st floor and was stuck partially open. Fire department maintenance opened. Very frightening for our granddaughter .
