My opinion of Embassy Suites...

Liked: Top Tier breakfast. Having hot options with a variety was excellent. It isn't often I find a place that offers breakfast potatoes. The seating was ample and comfortable with a variety of types. When they ran out of 2% milk and sausage links, they were refilled with 5 minutes which was pleasantly surprising. Also we arrived an hour early and they were able to accommodate us getting checked in early and I sincerely appreciate that.
Disliked: We had a sleeper sofa in the room. In the closet was an empty comforter bag so I went down to the front desk but they said they were out. I did receive 2 blankets which was adequate but the comforter would have been better. Also we found a Tshirt from a previous guest behind the chair in the living room. Not a big deal because if we didn't have 3 kids getting into everything we probably wouldn't have found it either.

Disliked: really didn’t have anything we didn’t like.

Disliked: Room key wasn’t working, went to desk several times to get reset. They didn’t believe it wasn’t working so they tried and it wasn’t working. Only stayed one night because couldn’t enter my room the 2nd night. Room was $122.00, paid over 400 for 2 nights. Will never stay there again.

Disliked: Breakfast only goes until 9am, that’s the only thing I can think of that wasn’t great!
