Disliked: I'm going to try to say this nicely. Are there no Maintenance staff there? First thing I noticed when I loaded our kart. Tires are flat. Was a huge pain to push the kart to the room. I informed the front desk. She said she would take care of it. I got a text asking how my stay was. I said GREAT aside from the karts having flat tires. "I'll make a note of it"The day we leave Sunday. Every single kart had tires that I could squeeze with my hand. I told the young man at the front desk "You know all these tires are fast right?" His answer was "oh yeah the tires get low when it's cold then they air back up when it's warm"..... That's not a real thing... and he didn't seem to care. Get rid of your pneumatic wheel karts and get solid rubber. Never have to worry about tire pressure and they will roll better. I've never been so mad over something so dumb and preventable. Or that it would take 10 minutes to air up all the tires. Anyways. Not your fault. Thank you for listening.Have a great week.

Liked: Property was amazing. Very nice overall. Would definitely return.
Disliked: Entry drive is bad. Some potholes and looks like it cuts thru a business park.
