Room not handicap friendly

Liked: Beautiful building and facilities. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: I was in a handicap accessible room with accessible shower. But there was a sliding door to the bathroom and the bathroom opening to get in was too small for my wheelchair. I just barely could get in but the problem was it's so close to the counter on the opposite side that I found it very hard to try to maneuver into the bathroom to use the shower and facility. It is not very handicap accessible or handicap friendly.

Good facilities, would stay again.

Liked: Clean, great facilities, good breakfast.
Disliked: Shower screen wasn’t waterproofed and the shower flooded the bathroom. Beds were a little on the small side.

Disliked: Only had 2 towels in the room and none left in the pool area so our family of 5 shared 2 towels. We had requested some from the front desk however they didn't have any extra

Liked: I absolutely loved my King suite. Everytime I book now I want that room.
Disliked: I don't feel my anniversary was acknowledged in any way.
