Embassy Suites By Hilton Los Angeles Glendale

Stayed here on night, going to a concert at the Greek. Hotel was great - staff gave us directions. However, the person at the lobby told us there was a place to get something to eat closer to the Greek and we found nothing - we would have picked something up at Conrads next door, which had great food for a 24 hr place! Everything else was great though - breakfast was superb; staff excellent; room outstanding and the air conditioning was a great relief.

Liked: Stay at Embassy suites quite often, was not happy no room cleaned, left in morning came back in evening, room not cleaned, trash not empty, beds not made, no towels, no tissue paper, left report at front desk no call back from management or staff, no apology very Dissatisfied

Disliked: Water pressure was poor in the shower; no EV charging stations on site

Not very comfortable with saggy...

Disliked: Old hotel. Ice machine broken on every floor. Food was bland. Sausage was inedible. Beverages were good. Parking lot is very tight.
