Somewhat pricey on the weekend.
Liked: Pretty much everything except parking.
Disliked: Parking used to be free but now costs a lot. Scanning QR code for parking is ridiculous. I have a friend who still has a flip phone and he is not able to scan on his phone. How would that have worked for him?

Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: The room.sheets were stained, conditioner bottle was empty, smell in the bathroom, broken shower head. Also breakfast was mostly unhealthy and limited options.

Extending breakfast and pool hours...
Liked: My feedback following a recent stay was largely positive, especially the cleanliness and the friendly staff. I would particularly like to commend Angla and Lorna, who provided exceptional service in the dining hall, demonstrating both speed and friendliness.
Disliked: The breakfast service hours were too short, limiting the access to the breakfast deals, and the menu could use more variety.

Housekeeping throws away and removes...
Liked: Moderately clean, regular rooms
Disliked: I planned to stay for two nights. The reservation system failed and showed only one night.Next morning I came to the front desk and purchased the second night there. I was accommodated in the same room I stayed the first night. When I came that evening the room was a total mess, pillows and blankets all around the room, garbage bin on the counter top next to coffee machine etc. My stuff was also misplaced and everything from the bathroom was missing - my shaving razor, toothbrush, dental floss etc.I requested to move me to another room and also I requested to stay for one more night. They assured me this never happen again and moved me.Guess what? The next evening my things were missing again. The room was clean and prepared for a new guest. And they could not retrieve my things.The last morning new shift was completely unaware of the case, I waited again for about 30 minuted till they were able to retrieve my things from lost and stolen.And no compensation for missing razor.And, by the way, I paid twice for my second night at the hotel and still have not received a refund.
