Our room was not cleaned...

Liked: During our two-night stay at this hotel, we expected the room to be cleaned after the first night. However, when we returned to the hotel around 3 PM, we found that the room had not been cleaned. We promptly called the front desk to request cleaning, as well as an extra blanket. The front desk staff informed us that it would take approximately an hour. Despite leaving and returning around 6 PM, the room was still uncleaned. Eventually, we visited the front desk and obtained towels and the additional blanket. We ended up spending the second night in an uncleaned room.
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service during our stay at your hotel. Despite clearly placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door when we left for breakfast in the morning and removing it around 10am when we departed, we expected our room to be cleaned upon our return in the afternoon as is standard practice. When we returned at 3pm to find our room had not been serviced, I called the front desk to request housekeeping, which we had to leave again for. Unacceptably, even after coming back around 6pm, our room was still in the same uncleaned state we had left it in that morning. This is an unacceptable lapse in the level of service I expected from your hotel. I am frankly appalled that such a basic aspect of the hospitality experience was so drastically mishandled despite my compliance with indicated procedures. I sincerely hope you will investigate what went wrong and take measures to ensure this does not happen again.

Liked: Our experience was excellent! The staff was kind, and patient. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself was amazing, with the beautiful water pools, statue of Elvis; we had a class A experience and will return if our budget allows.
Disliked: We liked everything about the hotel and our stay!!
