Dire need of staff hospitality...

Liked: The facilities and the room were clean. There were also plenty of accessible restaurants.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly or helpful. I'm sure the hotel had many other amenities to offer, but I decided not to inquire. It seems as if the front desk staff was bothered if I asked a question. They did not greet guest and seemed visibly annoyed if you approached the desk. I happen to do business with the IHG group, and I would've made an issue out of this if this was one of their locations. I definitely did not feel welcomed. I wanted to support the steak house, but I ended up traveling somewhere else for food as well. Some family members came with me one night to pick up some bags from my room, and they made mention of the attitudes at the front desk as well.

Disliked: Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of restraunt. Food quality, breakfast options, early closing hours of bar.

Very disappointed with service.

Disliked: Problems checking in Emma was rude and acted as if I didn’t belong at that type of hotel. Emma also interrupted me when I was trying to give her my confirmation number and stated “thats not it” very rudely. Room was dirty when I checked in and chocolate pudding was left in the fridge. I got a I’m sorry but they didn’t go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Very disappointed with the service.
