I was disappointed in this hotel - not good value for the money. The room was depressing; the bathroom was tiny; the staff was not helpful - I asked about spare bedding and they were unsure where it was located. The internet is an additional cost. The parking lot is confusing, and no one explains how to use the card. The whole experience was not good.

We loved the 2 hours of free drinks and the nice hot breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Liked: It was perfect for our stay. A central location within walking distance to The Middle of the Map Fest. Plenty of room (3 big beds) for my family to sleep comfortably. Great breakfast in the morning with lots of variety!

Liked: The location was great. We walked to the Plaza several times.
Disliked: The room was very outdated. The shower water took a long time to warm up, then it continued to drip for the duration of our stay. The person serving omelets had no hair net and was less than friendly. Overall, not impressed.

Disliked: The hotel was very full, and kids were running around making lots of noise. We could not enjoy the pool or hot tub because they were over crowded. The 1st night.It would be nice to have an adult only, ice machine was hard to find not where sign said.

Liked: It was nice and had a cool interior the kids really like the open center. The elevator is glass and that impressed them. The pool has a 7 foot and 3.5 foot pool, hot tub, and sauna. The breakfast was awesome with eggs and pancakes.
Disliked: it could use a cleaning of the walls

This was a great place...

Liked: My husband and I were there for a funeral and the young lady at the front desk made every effort to get us a room as soon as possible.
Disliked: I can’t really think of anything that I didn’t like, the staff and their friendliness made the stay great.

Liked: Two room suites are alway nice when traveling with children. Check in was a breeze.
Disliked: Common areas were not overly clean. While sitting in the lounge area, a rodent was spotted on the floor. Neither tv in the room worked well and had poor quality pictures. The room was pretty banged up and needed to be refreshed.
