I was disappointed in this hotel - not good value for the money. The room was depressing; the bathroom was tiny; the staff was not helpful - I asked about spare bedding and they were unsure where it was located. The internet is an additional cost. The parking lot is confusing, and no one explains how to use the card. The whole experience was not good.

Liked: Elevator is fast.
Disliked: Older furnishings; staff not helpful.

A wonderful stay at your...

Liked: The location was excellent, we were 10 minutes from Sea Life Aquarium and Legoland. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we had everything we needed.
Disliked: The restrooms were closed in the swimming pool, that was an inconvenience.

The staff was pleasant, but...

Liked: Check in Staff was pleasant. His name is Aron. The staff for the happy hour was accommodating.
Disliked: The room and bathroom needed to be updated. Most items were on the in-room menu were not available. No one picked up when directed to the restaurant. We had to order outside of the hotel for dinner.

Liked: Breakfast was ok - lines were too long. Rooms were clean
Disliked: Too many younger people loitering outside hotel in large groups. Rooms were outdated and not worth the price.
